Tod J. Deck was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended high school at West High School. Tod graduated from Morningside College in 2003 with a B.A. in American History. He attended law school at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and graduated with a degree of Juris Doctor in 2006. Tod was admitted to the Iowa State Bar in September of 2006 and entered practice with his father, Robert Deck, at that time. The Robert B. Deck Law Office became Deck Law and Tod and Robert Have settled in to new office space.

Jessica R. Noll joined Deck Law in May of 2011. She is a Siouxland native and is licensed to practice law in Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. She has extensive experience in debtor/creditor law, domestic relations and criminal law. Jessica is a 1999 graduate of Akron-Westfield High School.  She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. In 2006 she received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Jessica is married and has two children. Noll's community volunteer work includes work with The Council on Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence.

Moreland is a 2003 graduate of West Des Moines Valley High School. She graduated from Morningside College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. In 2012, Moreland received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Iowa and is pursuing licensure in the states of Nebraska and South Dakota. Moreland resides in Sioux City with her family.

Polly graduated from North High School in Sioux City, Iowa in 1983. From there she continued her studies at the University of South Dakota and graduated in 1988. She was part of the Robert B. Deck Law Office from 1992 to 2006 and continues to serve Deck Law as an Office Manager and Paralegal. Polly enjoys reading, cross-stitch, and spending time with her two children. She is an active volunteer with the North High Marching Stars Band.
